PAGE PAGE 1 Module6 Around town 主备人：郭柳青 复备人：陈林坚 审核人：何秀敏 教学内容：Unit 2 The London Eye Is On Your Right. 课型：Reading and writing 教学目标： 1、能够正确使用下列单词和词组：tour, boat, off,, famous, painting, from, above, river, clear, bridge, past, finish, 2、能够正确使用下列句型，Take the boat back….. 及Get off the boat at ….. 3、能够读懂对地图或一个地方的描述。 3、能清楚地用书面文字给别人指路。 4、了解英国首都伦敦的一些著名景点及世界上其他国家的一些风景名胜。 教学重难点： 1、能够读懂有关问路指路或对某一区域进行描述的短文，并能在阅读中找出对某一区域进行描述的相关的细节信息，完成任务。（重点） 2、能够正确使用问路与指路的交际功能和用方位的表达方式。（难点） 教学准备： 课堂整体运用任务型教学模式以及阅读课“四个阶段”教学模式。本课指导学生通过阅读获取信息，培养学生阅读技能。在教学过程中，采用多媒体手段辅助教学，利用各种图片和习题任务贯穿整个教学过程。因此，本节课需准备：PPT课件、录音机。 预习要求： 1、根据音标自学本课新单词； 2、查找相关资料，找出你认为本课较重要的语言点和短语。 教学过程： 教学 步骤 教师活动 学生活动 设计意图 Step One Warming-up (1’) Lead in Show the map and have a free talk with the Ss:Where is the supermarket? Turn left…go along… 通过交谈引导学生回顾上节课的内容，巩固方位词的表达。 通过这个环节，既可以活跃课堂气氛，.也能从说句子中考验学生对Unit1知识的掌握程度，还训练了学生的反应。并在无形中培养学生大胆说英语的习惯。 Step Two Pre- reading (5’) Watch pictures and learn new words . Play a game:See who can say out the names of the places the most quickly, Q1:Do you know which city we’ll talk about today? (show pictures) Q2:Say which places you can see in the photos? Q3:Can you tell us the other famous places in London? Watch pictures and learn new words . Guess the places like these: London London Eye,Big Ben and Tower Bridge are all in London. 2.Buckingham Palace ,Tower of Bridge and the House of Parliament 3.the National Gallery ,Trafalgar Square, the Tower of London and the London Eye 通过游戏的方式引导学生谈论图片同时学习新单词，为学生扫清阅读障碍。 Step Three While- reading (18’) 1. Scanning Show students some places to match the pictures, check or teach the new words. 2. Skimming Skimming the passage and then match the places with the explanation. 3.Careful reading. (1)Paragraph 1: ①T: Please read paragraph1 and fill in the blanks. ②Ask some students to say out some difficult language points that they found in this paragraph. Then discuss with the students.
