糖尿病合并脑梗死高血压病患者颈动脉彩超检测临床的应用 　　[摘要] 目的 研究糖尿病合并脑梗死高血压病患者颈动脉彩超检测临床应用。 方法 选择2015年8月―2016年9月于该院就诊的糖尿病合并脑梗死高血压病患者80例，作为该次研究的研究组；同时选择同期健康的颈动脉硬化患者56例作为该次研究的对照组，对比两组患者的斑块总体阳性率及软斑块阳性率情况。 结果 根据该次调查研究结果显示，所有患者采用彩超检测颈动脉硬化检出数量及检出率与确诊数据差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；而对比各组斑块总体阳性率及软斑块阳性率结果可知，研究组患者的斑块总体阳性率及软斑块阳性率要显著高于对照组，以上组间数据对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 彩超对于颈动脉粥样硬化的检出率较高，而且对于糖尿病合并脑梗死高血压病病患而言，无论斑块总体阳性率及软斑块阳性率都要高于一般的患者，可以作为颈动脉粥样硬化的判定标准，因而值得临床推广与应用。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病；颈动脉；彩超检测 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）11（a）-0009-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical application of carotid ultrasonography detection in patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction with hypertension. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction with hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the research group， at the same time， 56 cases of healthy patients with carotid atherosclerosis at the same period were selected as the control group， and the positive rate of plaque and positive rate of soft plaque were compared between the two groups. Results The investigation results showed that there were no obvious differences in the test number of carotid atherosclerosis tested by the color ultrasound， test rate and confirmation data were not obvious（P0.05）， and the two indicators were obviously higher than those in the control group， the difference was obvious， with statistical significance（P0.05）.
