摘 要 翻滚是交通事故中一种重要事故形态,其发生率不是很高,但往往造成很高 的乘员伤亡率。相对于其它碰撞事故,对翻滚形态的研究相对较少,在我国尤为 如此。 针对上述现象,本文首先对交通事故数据进行整理,总结发生在我国的翻滚 事故形态呈现的特点,通过对影响翻滚事故因素的分析,提出了改善道路安全的 主要策略;其次,对典型翻滚事故形态进行力学分析,通过 MATLAB 工具对临界 速度、轮距、重心高度和翻滚半径四因素之间的关联性进行研究;通过 MADYMO 软件建立台车翻滚模型,并对乘员约束系统进行建模,研究翻滚过程中假人的动 态响应过程,及不同参数设置下乘员的伤害值;以乘员伤害值为判定基准,对影 响翻滚性能的因素进行灵敏度分析,提出合理的车辆参数设计方法,进而减少翻 滚事故中乘员的损伤;最后运用仿真结果,提取表征翻滚试验剧烈程度的动力学 特征参数,通过场景分析,确定建设翻滚试验室基本的空间要求,并在 CATARC 实车碰撞试验室现有场地基础上建立了翻滚试验能力。 关键词: 翻滚事故;力学分析;模拟仿真;试验能力 ABSTRACT Rollover was an important traffic accident form, accident rate was not very high, but casualty rate was very high. Compared to other impact forms, the research on rollover form was relatively small, especially in China. So far, rollover standard has not been issued.Furthermore, the orgnizations which were able to do real rollover tests were very rare. Firstly, rollover traffic accident tatistics was finished, the rollover accident characteristic was summarized and influence factor was analyed, The strategy to improve road safety was put forward ; secondly, the typical rollover accident was studied from mechanics view, the relationship between the critical velocity, wheelbase, the gravity center height and rolling radius was analyzed by MATLAB tool. Vehicle roll and occupant restraint system model were established by using MADYMO software, Occupant dynamic roll response process and injury criteria values in different vehicle parameters were studied. Vehicle reasonable correlative parameters were proposed by rollover sensitivity index analysis to reduce occupant injury; Finally, kinetics characterization parameters of rollover test intensity was extracted through the simulation results. Laboratory construction requirements was presented by scene analysis, And vehicle rollover test ability was established based on CATARC laboratory existing site.
