丛枝菌根在水稻清洁生产中的应用研究微生物学专业论文
Abstract
The non- point source pollut ion has attr acted mor e and mor e attention in the whole wor ld along w it h the global water environment proble ms incr easingly serious. Agr icultura l pollut ion as one of the most serio us non- point pollutant source made a great contr ibut ion to water pollut ion in the northeast of China. As the most important crop in the world, rice has the most yield and plant ing area of all the crops. The improveme nt of the rice yie ld depended on the extens ive use of pestic ide and fertilizer, which leads to the agric ultura l non- point source pollut ion. Rice likes wet, this characteristic gave rise to the most fearful diffus ion of pollutant.
In view of t he above situat ion, rice (Oryza sat iva L.) was selected as
experime ntal materia l, and arbuscular mycorrhiza l (AM) inoculat ion technique was applied to the cleaner production of rice . The methods of cheap preparation for arbuscular mycorrhizal fu ngi (AMF) inoculum and rice- mycorrhiza coupling system construct ion were studied. Meanw hile, the influe nces and possible mechanis m of different leve l of AMF infect ion to rice and matr ix were discussed . AM techniques provided guidance for the cleaner produc tion of rice and new direction for the source reduction of agr icult ural non-point source pollut ion.
Five treatme nts, inc lud ing straw, paddy roots, 20%, 50% and 80% intens it y of
nutr it ion, were ut ilized in t he preparation o f AMF inoculum. AMF infect ion rate were analyzed on the 20th, 40th and 60th day of sorghum growth. Results showed that in the actua l production the straw strengt h measure had high infection rate and low cost. While, AMF infectio n rate was much higher than others under the 20% intens ity of nutr it ion. Much more, the difference of wet absorption water content and pH value of substrate wit h in the two treatment were not obvious, which ensured the ecological safet y of AMF inoculum.
