电子科技大学硕士论文 电子科技大学硕士论文 PAGE PAGE IV THE APPLICATION OF AHP IN EVALUATION OF PROJECTS INTRODUCING IN CHENGDU HI-TECH DEVEIOPMENT ZONE Abstract Successful investment of projects is the drive to the development of enterprises and social economy, the source of capital increment and accumulation of social wealth, while whether or not the investment of a project is successful and is beneficial to the development of social economy depends on scientific evaluation and optimal selection. Viewing from all over the country, the development of various hi-tech development zones has gradually transited from extensive management in the past to sustainable development nowadays, carrying on business invitation of industrial chain as per industry orientation. In order to conform to the trend of transfer of international or national capital to West China, Chengdu Hi-tech Development Zone puts the emphasis of future industrial development on electronic information industry base dominated by micro-electronics, biological medicine industry base focused on modernization of Chinese traditional medicine and precision machinery manufacture industry base characterized by advanced technologies. In order to achieve this development goal, the requirements for introducing projects for establishment of the three industrial chains shall be incorporated in the index of assessment and selection of projects. Thus, the invested projects can be carried on as per the planning of Chengdu Hi-tech Development Zone and the evaluation of project can serve the development of Chengdu Hi-tech Development Zone in a new period. Meanwhile, the low efficiency and waste of resources caused by blind investment can be reduced. Although there is a complete set of evaluation methods of introduced projects in Chengdu Hi-tech Development Zone, the traditional methods of investment assessment are the foundation, which do not combine the assessment of projects such as the three industries (IT, Biological Medicine and Preci
