AbstractCezl Abstract Cezl Island 300，000DWT crude oil terminal which is located west of Dinghai in zhoushan in Zhejiang province，is one part of National strategic petmleum reserve base． In this thesis，the natural conditions in the construction area such as weather， hydrological，geological，was analyzed，and then the program design of the plan layout and hydraulic Structures was completed based on the related national codes，which was on experience of domestic and overseas large crude oil terminals and of course the specific conditions and experiments of this project was considered sufficiently．In the plan layout program design，the layout form and layout ofterminal axis，cable Facilities were demonstrated and compared in detail，and the bow—tie layout fonn，including major and vice berthing dolphin，cleat and work plan，was adopted finally．The main structures were researched taking account of the Characteristics of geological conditions，ship types and loads According to the geology conditional dissimilarity，the wharf structure mainly has the type of circular caisson gravity structure，the high pile dolphin pedestal anchoring in rock，the high pile dolphin pedestal whole cross section anchoring in rock， and carry on research in anchoring in the strong breeze turn the rock，and adopt a pressure type，compound anchor to resolve anchor bore concentrate in response to the dint，and carry on a verification by experiment． Keyword：crude oil terminal，plan layout，structure design IJty-．％30万吨级胤油码_、丁程驶计力案州究第1章绪论 IJty-．％30万吨级胤油码_、丁程驶计力案州究 第1章绪论 1．1概述 随着国家经济的快速发展，国内对进口原油的需求量迅速增加．华东地区对进ISI原油 的需求量更是增长迅速，在该地区建殴大型一程进ISl原油码头成为当务之急。根据有关资 料分析，中东阿曼原油运至中国的运价，不同吨位的船型差别很大，采用30万吨级油轮 运输的单位运价是13力吨级油轮的60％，是8万u屯级油轮的三分之一；而且，世界现有 10万吨级及以上油轮中，20～30川吨级油轮无论在fJ3自P-i总艘数还是总载重吨的百分占有 率方面均超过了40％，故从运输成本和船型选择余地方面考虑，均有必要在该地区建设一 座30万吨级原油码头，通过对周边地区进行选趾分析，册子岛具备建设30万吨级原油码 头的良好条件。 目前在国内仅有两座30力吨级原油码头建成，在码头设计方面缺少成熟的技术和经验 可以借鉴，本文对删子岛30 J-Y niIi级码头的平面布置和水：I：结构方案进行研究，探索大型原 油码头布置的特点和岛屿地区结构处理的方案，希望能为今后类似的工程提供有益的参 考。 1．2工程简介 中石化
