万方数据 万方数据 A Research on Performance Evaluation of Industrial Clusters Abstract Industry cluster as a unique form of industrial organization, plays an important role in regional economic growth, but the development of industrial clusters appeared uneven, great gap between the western and eastern in the cluster competitiveness and development trend, some of industrial clusters have reached a mature stage, and continue to upgrade and restrict, to expand the development road and improve cluster competitiveness, while some of industrial clusters decline, and it is extremely important that how to measure the performance of industry and timely found the existing problems in the development. Firstly, on the basis of various researching results of scholars, this paper defines the industrial cluster performance and related concepts, according to the research status of industrial clusters performance measure indicator, analyzing the environment, clusters and enterprise, the paper proposes the ECE measure of analysis model and concludes the following five factors that influence the industrial cluster performance. They are cluster environment, agglomeration effects, cluster innovation, cooperation intensity and competition intensity. Secondly, by further analysis of the five major influencing factors, this paper propose the each factor of secondary indicators and construct the measurement index system of the industrial cluster. By the questionnaires survey, interviews with experts and other methods to get the related data of the various influence factors to the performance of industrial clusters. This paper mainly use BP artificial neural network model and on the basis of MATLAB 2011b software to do empirical research.
