II II THE DEVELOPMENT OF MULTI-FUNCTION ELEVATOR SPEED GOVERNOR AUTOMATIC TESTING EQUIPMENT ABSTRACT This paper has introduced a new multi-function testing equipment development of speed governor of elevator. It can test different type and speed of speed governors in this testing equipment. It also can share the testing data and save data synchronously between testing equipment and server via LAN base on the network technology. This is an automatic testing equipment of speed governor base on modern numeric controlling technology. It has been combined by servo electromotor, servo controller, PLC controller, computer and high precision speed sensor. It has realized testing process automatically for different speed governor and followed the testing data dynamically. It can distinguish the testing result automatically. First, this paper analyzed the structure of elevator speed governor between China and oversea. Set up the target of development and research: fill up the domestic blank and achieve the top level in the international. This equipment has included mechanical worktable, the hardware of controlling system, software of controlling etc. The functions of operating system have administrator module, measure adjustment module, testing module, data management module and report print module. This paper has provided the flow chart for key processes, such as operation preparation process, measure adjustment process, testing process. It has resolved the key points of test process for different performance characteristic base on the working principle analysis of different speed governor. The detail introduction has included the different performance characteristic in test process, vibratory control, quickly measure adjustment, testing simulation etc. Then, this paper has emphasized PLC controlling program and testing process according to the characteristic of this testing equipment.
