PAGE II 电梯事故抢险救援方法研究 摘 要 随着高层建筑和超高层建筑的不断涌现，电梯作为其内部垂直交通运输工具，应用越来越广泛，成为人们城市生活中不可缺少的一部分。随着经济的飞速发展，行业竞争越来越激烈，使得电梯构造也越来越复杂，速度也越来越快。比高、比快，已成为当前电梯行业竞争的重要目标却忽视了安全责任。然而现实生活中由于停电、故障、火灾、事故等因素导致电梯出现的紧急情况也时有发生，使得电梯事故呈现出上升的趋势。因此如何在电梯出现紧急情况时能够使乘客得到及时解救，避免因恐慌、非理性操作而导致伤亡事故，最大限度的保障乘客的人身安全以及设备安全做好高层建筑物内部垂直交通运输工具的消防安全工作，避免恶性事故的发生，很有必要。 首先，在实习期间，笔者进行了大量的资料搜集，从中了解了各地电梯事故的发生比例和趋势，然后通过多途径参与执勤中队的电梯事故处置，更加详细地了解了电梯事故的危害性和抢险救援的现状，取得了大量的资料。本文从电梯的特点、电梯的结构、性能参数、救援现状、和处置注意事项等方面入手，介绍了电梯事故的危害性，分析了影响电梯事故的主要原因，归纳总结电梯事故常见的类型。对事故现场的正确救援方式方法做了深入的探讨，结合近几年电梯事故案例，采用了理论分析的方法对常见电梯事故进行探讨，重点针对现场正确得当的救援方式方法，提出了消防部队在进行电梯救援时的几点看法。 关键词 消防；电梯事故；电梯救援； The Methodr Esearch on The Elevator Accident Rescues Abstract With the high buildings and super high buildings continue to emerge, the elevators, as part of its internal vertical lift transport, is applied more and more widely. They have become indispensability in people’s daily life. The elevator industry is getting more and more competitive as the economy booms, which make the elevators more complicated and faster. Higher and faster have driven off the safety and take the first priority. However, the emergencies due to off-power, mechanism problem or other incidents happen at times. Hence it is necessary to find a good method to manage to evacuate and rescue the trapped people. During the intern period, the author collected plenty data and materials from which can find the accidents ratio and trend locally. Then by taking part in the mission to solve emergency, the author got a clearer idea about the harm of the elevator accident and rescue situation. In this paper, it discussed the characteristics of the elevator, performance parameters, rescue status and disposal and other aspects. It also analyzed the main reason resulting in elevator accident and summarized the common accident types. It combines the theory and emphasizes on the proper rescue methods. Some useful suggestion is given. Keywords: fire
