新生儿脐部护理的探讨 【中图分类号】r473.72【文献标识码】a【文章编号】1672-6383-（2010）12-0091-02 【摘要】目的：探讨新生儿脐部感染的原因及护理方法。方法：对我院产科分娩的足月新生儿共2356例中的38例（1.61%）新生儿脐部出现不同程度的感染进行分析。结果：发现脐部感染与脐粗大、脐带结扎位置太高、剪脐不净、脐断端处理及护理不当有关，又加之新生儿抵抗力低，缺乏抗细菌定植能力，个别护理人员对脐部处理重视不够，使细菌经脐部残端侵入繁殖而引起脐炎。结论：正确掌握断脐的方法和技巧，严格执行无菌操作原则，加强脐部的观察、护理和宣教，保持局部清洁干燥，并针对脐端不同临床表现采用不同护理方法，这是避免脐部感染、预防新生儿感染的有效措施。 【关键词】新生儿；脐部感染；原因；护理方法 newborn navel region nursing discussion jing mei ling xiong jin ying shi shu juan 【abstract】objective： discusses the newborn navel region infection the reason and the nursing method. the method (1.61%) the newborn navel region presents the varying degree to my courtyard obstetrics childbirth’s full-term newborn altogether 2356 example’s 38 examples the infection to carry on the analysis. finally： discovered that the navel region infection and the navel are thick， the umbilical cord ties up the position to be too high， to cut the navel， the navel to break the end to process and to nurse improper not only related， also adds the newborn resistivity to be low， lacks the antibacteria field planting ability， the individual nursing staffs take seriously insufficiently navel region processing， makes the bacterium to reproduce after the navel region remnant end invasion causes the navel inflammation. the conclusion grasps correctly breaks navel’s method and the skill， the fulfiling exactly aseptic technique principle， strengthens the navel region the observation， nursing and the propaganda， maintains partial clean dry， and aims at the navel end different clinical manifestation to use the different nursing method， this is avoids the navel region infection， preventing the effective action which the newborn infects. 【keywords】newborn； navel region infection； reason； nursing method 新生儿脐部残端是一个开放性创面，是病原微生物入侵的重要门户，若护理不当可导致局部乃至全身感染。有研究提示，新生儿脐炎可导致新生儿脐源性腹膜炎、新生儿化脓性脑膜炎[1]。在新生儿败血症中存在脐部感染者占60%～70%，且脐部是厌氧菌感染的好发部位[2]。因此，新生儿脐部感染必须引起医务人员的高度重视。本文对38例新生儿脐部感染发生的原因及
