So corporation must ensure the corporation subsistent formula: profit=income-cost larger than zero, and in a definite bound with reason. It requires the corporation pursue the aim of getting more profit into increasing the income of vendition and leave no stone unturned to reduce cost. When the discrepancy of the income of vendition between the corporation and its competitor is not too much, the cost control is the key to getting compete predominance. So the cost control is a topic what all corporation operator must study and a important content of the corporation manage system. Whether the corporation inside cost control is effective decide the status the corporation in the market, so the corporation must control the cost. The text, whose emphases is the cost count and analysis, mostly study some theories of the cost control. Combining the theories, the text study the measure of the cost control in the manage process of TPV company and analyze its problem in the cost control.
