婴儿护臀霜联合皮肤保护膜喷雾剂在预防失禁性皮炎中应用及效果 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨婴儿护臀霜联合3M皮肤保护膜喷雾剂在预防脑卒中大小便失禁患者中发生失禁性皮炎的效果。方法：将120例脑卒中伴大便和或小便失禁患者进行随机分组，对照组60例，采用传统护理+紫草油涂抹，观察组60例在传统清洗的基础上采用婴儿护臀霜联合3M皮肤保护膜喷雾剂，比较两组患者发生失禁性皮炎的情况及所发生的失禁性皮炎的严重程度。结果：观察组发生失禁性皮炎20例，对照组36例，观察组少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组发生重度失禁性皮炎例数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在脑卒中大小便失禁患者中，在传统护理方法的基础上使用婴儿护臀霜联合3M皮肤保护膜喷雾剂，能有效的降低失禁性皮炎的发生率，降低失禁性皮炎的严重程度。 　　【关键词】 脑卒中； 大小便失禁； 婴儿护臀霜； 3M皮肤保护膜喷雾剂 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.34.075 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）34-0150-03 　　Application of and Effect Baby Nappy Cream Joint 3M Skin Protective Film Sprays in the Prevention of Incontinence Dermatitis/MA Wenqiong，WANG Yuhong，LIU Jing yang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（34）：150-152 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the effect of the Baby Nappy Cream （BNC） joint 3M Skin Protective Film Spray in the prevention of stroke patients with incontinent dermatitis.Method：120 stroke patients with fecal and urinary incontinence were divided into experiment group and control group，with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional methods and Oleum Lithospermi，the experiment group was treated with BNC joint 3M skin protective film spray as the treatment.Result：20 incontinent dermatitis occurred in the experiment group， while 36 cases in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The numbers of severe incontinence dermatitis occurred in the observation group were less than the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Applying BNC joint 3M skin protective film spray based on the traditional methods in stroke patients with fecal and urinary incontinence，can effectively prevent the incidence of incontinent dermatitis，and lessen the severity. 　　【Key words】 Stroke； Fecal and urinary incontinence； 3M Skin Protective Film Sprays 　　First-author’s address：The Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University，Luzhou 646000，China 　　失禁性皮炎（incontinence-associateed dermatitis，IAD）
