子宫内膜炎综合治疗分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨子宫内膜炎综合治疗的临床疗效，积累临床诊疗经验。方法：将2003年1月-2012年12月本院收治确诊的子宫内膜炎患者随机抽取180例分成两组，对照组90例采用传统单纯抗炎治疗，观察组90例在对照组基础上加用人工周期联合治疗，2～3个疗程后对比分析两组治疗效果。结果：疗程结束后，对照组痊愈31例，好转33例，无效26例，总有效率为71.11%；观察组90例患者均出现好转，85例痊愈，5例好转，痊愈率达94.44%，总有效率100%。观察组临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用抗炎+人工周期联合治疗子宫内膜炎疗效显著，优于传统单纯抗炎治疗，值得临床进行推广应用。 　　【关键词】 子宫内膜炎； 联合治疗； 疗效分析 　　The Comprehensive Treatment of Endometritis/Buy hot and Mugu Maimaiti，Gulimige Abdurishid./BUY hot and Mugu Maimaiti，Gulimige Abdurishid.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（35）：124-125 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of combined treatment of endometritis，to accumulate clinical experience.Method： From January 2003 to December 2012， 180 cases of endometritis were randomly selected and divided into two groups in our hospital， 90 cases in the control group were treated by traditional treatment with anti-inflammatory alone， 90 cases of the observation group were added therapy of artificial cycle in the basis of the control group，therapeutic effect of the two groups after treatment by 2-3 courses were analyzed and compared. Result： After the end of treatment， the control group had 31 cases recovered，33 cases improved，28 cases invalid， the total effective rate was 71.11%； the observation group had 85 cases recovered，5 cases improved，the cure rate was 94.44%， the total effective rate was100%.
