对先天性心脏病经胸微创封堵术患儿实施临床护理路径的效果分析   [摘要]目的 探讨经胸微创封堵术治疗先天性心脏病患儿的临床护理路径及其应用效果。方法 选取我院2014年9月~2016年9月60例进行经胸微创封堵术治疗先天性心脏病患儿作为研究对象,随机分成对照组(常规护理)与研究组(常规护理+临床护理路径),各30例,分析和对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 研究组护理总满意率高于对照组(96.67% vs 80.00%),研究组患者家属对疾病相关知识的总了解率高于对照组(100.00% vs 83.33%),组间差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。且研究组住院费用和住院时间均明显优于对照组(P0.01)。结论 临床护理路径在经胸微创封堵术治疗先天性心脏病患儿临床护理中的应用,可有效提高患者护理满意度,家属对疾病相关知识的了解更加全面,还可降低患者的住院费用,缩短住院时间。   [关键词] 先天性心脏病,经胸微创封堵术,临床护理路径   [中图分类号] R541.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616(2017)10-86-03   Analysis on effect of clinical nursing pathway on children with congenital heart disease undergoing transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion   DING Mingyun   First Cardiothoracic Department, Sixth Affiliated Hospital to Guangzhou Medical University, Qingyuan People’s Hospital, Qingyuan 511518, China   [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical nursing pathway and its application effect on children with congenital heart disease who undergoing transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion. Methods 60 children with congenital heart disease who underwent transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing) and the study group(routine nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway), with 30 in each. Nursing effects of patients in two groups was analyzed and compared. Results Total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(96.67% vs 80%). Total knowing rate of disease related knowledge in family members of the study group was higher than the control group(100% vs 83.33%). The differences between groups were statistically significant(P0.05). The hospitalization cost and hospitalization stay of the study group were significantly superior to those of the control group(P0.01).
