中国地质大学长城学院本 科 毕 业 论 文题目现代企业成本控制研究—以中石化公司为例系 别 经济系 专 业 会计学 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 职 称 讲师 2015 年 4 月 30 日现代企业成本控制研究—以中石化公司为例摘 要成本控制，是企业在一段时间内提前制定的以成本作为目标的管理方式，用成本管理主要对象在其职责范围内，在生产消耗发生之前和成本的控制时期内，对所有可预见的影响成本高低的可能要素和成分采取的全面防范和调整办法，来实现成本管理目的的管理行为。本文以中国石油化工股份有限公司为例，首先从中国石油化工股份有限公司的特点、现状和管理等几方面对中国石油化工股份有限公司做以介绍，从而提出中国石油化工股份有限公司在勘探、生产、销售运输等成本控制环节中存在的不足。继而针对中国石油化工股份有限公司成本控制中存在的问题，运用先进的成本控制理念以及战略成本的控制思想，分析出可以降低生产制造成本的方法和渠道。最终，结合中国石油化工股份有限公司在具体落实和实施成本控制的过程中可能会发生的情况拟定出解决方案。关键词：成本控制；中国石化；产销成本ABSTRACT Cost control, is the enterprise for a period of time in advance of cost management goal, with the main object cost management within the scope of their duties, the production cost happened before and cost control period, for all the possible factors of cost and the influence of foreseeable ingredients to take measures for the comprehensive prevention and adjustment of the cost management to ensure that aim to achieve the management of behavior. Based on the China petroleum and chemical co., LTD., for example, first from the characteristics of China petroleum and chemical co., LTD., the status quo and management and so on several aspects of China petroleum and chemical co., LTD. To introduce, thus put forward the China petroleum and chemical co., LTD in exploration, production, processing, transportation and so on the problems existing in the cost control link. Then for the China petroleum and chemical corporation co., LTD., the problems existing in the cost control, using the advanced cost control idea and strategy cost control thought, analysis of the methods and channels can reduce manufacturing cost.
