自评稿 A Self-remark for My Lesson By Linda,Nov28,2016I gave a lesson about the Passive Voice on Nov,23,2016. My students are from one of the top classes,Class2. We have learnt the basic grammar in Book 1 in the early of this October. My plan is to review the basic rules of the grammar at first and then make some further study for it. To start with, I designed two forms of review. One is to have a small dictation including two sentences,and the other is to recite two sentences we have learnt before. What the four sentences have in common is that they all use the Passive Voice but in different tenses. The purpose of this part is to help the students try to remember the Passive Voice we have learnt in the texts, which is very familiar to our students and easy to stimulate their interests in the lesson. The second part,I together with my students review the different forms and rules of the different tenses. Well, the purpose is to help them remember the usages again. And the exercises to make up some sentences is a good way to consolidate the rules. The third part, I guide my students to further study the special usages of the grammar in the Attributive Clauses and the Adverbial Clauses. The goal is to improve the Students’ ability for mastering the grammar better.To sum up, I think this lesson is practical and suitable for our students. However,there is so much content that the students may not master the grammar very well just in one lesson. It is better for the students to review and do some further consolidation exercises in a second lesson. On the other hand, Making up sentences is a good design but wasn’t carried out very well as planned because of the limit of time. Therefore, I will make some improvement afterwards and I look forward to using it more wisely in the future.
