四季草莓赛娃与一季草莓丰香光合特性比较   摘 要:利用自动光合测定系统,在人工气候室内研究了CO2浓度、光照强度以及温度与四季草莓“赛娃”、一季草莓“丰香”光合特性的关系。结果表明:在CO2浓度处于正常浓度(350 μmol/mol)或稍偏高浓度(500 μmol/mol)时,丰香的光合作用略强于赛娃;当CO2浓度低于700 μmol/mol时,赛娃的净光合速率与丰香的相差不大,但之后随着CO2浓度的增加,赛娃呈下降趋势,而丰香仍继续持上升状态,说明丰香的光合作用相比赛娃更适于高CO2浓度;在不同光照强度下,丰香的CO2饱和点明显高于赛娃,适当增加CO2浓度,可大幅提高丰香的产量;在低温(5℃)和高温(30℃)条件下两草莓品种均能光合作用,但赛娃叶片的净光合速率明显高于丰香,表明赛娃对温度的适应性强于丰香。   关键词:草莓;赛娃;丰香;光合特性   中图分类号:S668401 文献标识号:A 文章编号:1001-4942(2012)12-0045-04   Comparison of Photosynthetic Characteristics between   Strawberry Cultivars Selva and Toyonoka   Li Min1,Luo Hua1,Feng LiJuan2,Zhang LianZhong1*   (1.College of Horticulture Science and Engineering, Shandong Agricultural University, Taian 271018, China;   2.Shandong Institute of Pomology, Taian 271000,China)   Abstract The photosynthetic characteristics of Fragaria vesca L. cv. Selva and Toyonoka were studied with the CIRAS-2 portable photosynthesis system in phytotron. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of Toyonoka was slightly higher than that of Selva, when the CO2 concentration was normal (350 μmol/mol) or slantly high (500 μmol/mol); when the CO2 concentration below 700 μ mol/mol, the net photosynthetic rate of Selva and Toyonoka was almost the same; With the increase of CO2 concentration, the net photosynthetic rate of Selva declined, while that of Toyonoka continued to rise. It indicated that the photosynthesis of Toyonoka was more suitable for higher CO2 concentration. In different light intensities, the CO2 saturation point of Toyonoka was obviously higher compared to Selva, so appropriately increasing CO2 concentration could greatly improve its output. Whether under lower (5℃) or higher (30℃) temperature, both Selva and Toyonoka could carry out photosynthesis, but the net photosynthetic rate of Selva was obviously higher than that of Toyonoka, which indicated that Selva had stronger adaptability to temperature compared with Toyonoka.
