2012届本科毕业论文(设计) 论文题目: 学生姓名: 所在院系: 机电学院 所学专业 导师姓名: 完成时间:2012 摘 要 Abstract Electronic let-off system is an important part in the warp knitting machine. Based on PLC, frequency converter and servo-drive system ,the author selected Delta PLC and other related devices after analyzing the popular projects of let-off systems. By reasonable calculation of rates and controlling high degree of accuracy, a set of high-speed EBA let-off system is designed. Comparing with let-off mechanism of Karl Mayer warp knitting machine, which is out of date, this system mainly solves problems from several respects: firstly, it determines the relationship between rates and rotational speed of let-off motor ;secondly, it solves the coordination problems among touch screen, servo-motor of warp beam and frequency converter of motor in main arbor by studying and pilot operating the system of warp knitting machine; thirdly, by borrowing lessons from features of let-off system and real-time speed regulation, high rate and high degree of accuracy have been realized; last but not least, with touch screen and multiple switches, the production operation is simplified.This system is an important part for the alteration of electrification of warp knitting machine ,therefore, the coordination of the pattern of warp knitting machine electronic institutions is fully considered in the design, the design real-time controls the amount by servo system and PLC. This style of let-off will automatically adjust the amount according to real-time production, thus it simplified the difficulty of the design and reduced the cost of system.
