xxxxxxxxx本科生毕业论文 新课改背景下小学教师职业幸福感研究—以玉林市玉州区为例 A Study on Occupational well-being of primary School Teacher in Curriculum Reform—Taking Yulin district as an example 院 系 ________________ 专 业 班 级 姓 名 学 号 指导教师单位 指导教师姓名 指导教师职称 新课改背景下小学教师职业幸福感研究 ——以玉林市玉州区为例 摘要 在实施新课程改革，全面推进素质教育的背景下，越来越多的教师在专业成长的道路上不断发现教育的意义、职业的尊严和自身的价值，体验到了幸福感和成功感。而不少小学教师也由此陷入了职业困惑和压力。为此，我们以区域性小学教师为例进行调查分析，发现小学教师职业幸福感和性别、学历、教龄存在显著性差异关系，并且，新课改对教师提出的客观要求、新课改的支持环境、教师应对新课改的个人能力、教师在新课改中的情绪体验和教师对新课改的认同感五个背景因素影响着小学教师获得职业幸福感。提出促进教师的角色认同感，加强学校文化建设，提高教师心理素质等建议，为今后小学教师在重重压力下接受现实、悦纳自我，甚至实现自我超越，主动追寻幸福提供重要的参考和借鉴。 关键词：新课程改革；小学教师；职业幸福感； A Study on Occupational well-being of primary School Teacher in Curriculum Reform ?Taking Yulin district as an example Abstract In the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the comprehensive promotion of quality education background, more and more teachers professional development, constantly on the road to find the meaning of education, occupation of the dignity and the value of their own, to experience the happiness and success. Many primary school teachers occupation was thrust into the confusion and stress. For this, this paper take regional primary school teacher as a case for investigation and analysis, the primary school teachers in the new curriculum reform background supported environment limits the series problem, put forward to build and the professional development of teachers adapt to the stage of training mode, promote teachers occupation well-being and professional stage and so on, for future primary school teachers in the heavy pressure accept reality, accept self, even surpass, the active pursuit of happiness and offer important reference.
