Selection methods: July 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital carries on the consultation of patients, 104 cases of variant angina pectoris of coronary lesions in ecg using different randomly divided into two groups, the routine ecg examination of patients as control group, implements the dynamic electrocardiogram (ecg) in the diagnosis of patients as experimental group, analysis of ST segment elevation and inspection situation of coronary artery stenosis, comparing two groups of patients with clinical detection rate and performance under the electrocardiogram (ecg). Results: the clinical on electrocardiogram (ecg) of variant angina pectoris of coronary lesions mainly for ST segment elevation, performance degree major in 0.1 ~ 0.1 mV, duration st13 1 min, at the same time, patients with different degree of coronary artery stenosis. Group of patients with clinical detection rate (96.15%) and control group in patients with clinical examination rate (67.31%) compared to better obviously, and other clinical diagnosis has obvious advantages compared with control group, differences in statistically significant (P 0.05).
