汽车分动器的分析与设计毕业论文.doc

摘 要 分动器的功用就是将变速器输出的动力分配到各驱动桥，并且进一步增大扭矩。分动器也是一个齿轮传动系统，它单独固定在车架上，其输入轴与变速器的输出轴用万向传动装置连接，分动器的输出轴有若干根，分别经万向传动装置与各驱动桥相连。 本文阅读和借鉴了以往分动器的研发历史及其结构及功能特点，在紧跟当前汽车传动系统领先水平的功能要求及结构特点的基础上，开始了对轻型越野车自动分时分动器的分析与设计。 通过对分动器及传动系统知识的系统的学习和搜集资料，本文着重对分动器的机构设计做出分析及设计。设计采用了全斜齿行星齿轮减速机构，分动时采用链传动,增加了同步器。其优点是扭矩容量大、重量轻、传动效率高、噪音小、换档轻便准确。 本文尽可能多地将搜集的有关分动器的知识系统地体现在其结构设计中，对于分时分动器的进一步设计与研究提供一定的理论依据。 关键词： 分时分动器 行星齿轮 链传动 越野车 传动系  Abstract The transfer case could distribute the power which is deferent from the transmission to each driving axle, and enlarge the torque.Transfer case, also one gear system, fix to the frame solely, which connect the transmission with its input shaft joint together with the transmissions output shaft by universal device, and have two or more output shaft which connect to every driving axle by universal device. Based on the development history and structure and/or functional characteristics of the transfer case before, the article anlys and design the auto part time transfer case of the light-duty go-anywhere vehicle. By the systematical study and data gathering of the transfer case and/or transmission system, this article place stress on the designing of the institution of the transfer case.DESign adopt skewed tooth planet reducing mechanism, and chain-driven 4WD system with the synchronizing device.Its torque capacity large, light in weight, high transmission efficiency, noise smallness, gearshift portability nicety that thereof merit. This article as many should compile the knowledge system relate transfer case , supply definite theory gist for the more DESign and research of the part time transfer case. Keyword: part time transfer case, chain gear,  目 录 绪论 本研究课题的学术背景及其理论与实际意义 分动器分析与设计的学术背景 越野汽车上，为了将变速器输出的动力分配到各驱动桥，均装有分动器。分动器的基本结构也是1个齿轮传动系统。为了增加传动系的最大传动比和档数，绝大多数越野车都装用两档分动器，使之兼起副变速器的作用。 装有上述传统分动器形式的汽车，当用全部车轮驱动行驶于不平路面或弯道上时，或在前后驱动轮由于轮胎磨损而半径不等的情况下行驶时，将引起发动机功率消耗、轮胎及传动零件磨损。另外，传统越野车的分动器是将扭矩平均分配给各个驱动桥的。而前桥的轴负荷一般小于
