基于SOA的MES动态算法库子系统实现 制造企业系统（Manufacturing Execution System， MES）是一套面向制造企业车间执行层的生产信息化管理系统。自1990年AMR提出MES概念以来，经过了20年的发展，MES在发达国家已实现产业化，其应用覆盖离散与流程制造等多个行业，其领域包含：冶金、石化、钢铁、电子、机械、航空、汽车、医疗、半导体等，并给企业带来了巨大的经济收益。 目前MES领域中智能化是其趋势之一，随着科技的进步与发展，云技术逐渐成形，借助互联网中的大数据，以及云端服务器的强大数据处理能力，使得原本运算复杂数据量庞大的问题有了新的解决办法。 本系统为MES智能化，创新性的将云服务技术运用到了MES系统中，并进一步的提出动态算法库的概念，实现了异常实时监控，算法实时调度的动态系统。而运用服务平台还可以实现算法的实时异地添加，只要算法提供者按照算法库定义的标准，算法的IO进行处理系统就可以对其算法进行调用。而且系统对算法有评级分类机制，如一级时间效率算法、二级成本效率算法等。并根据车间及用户的不同需求进行相应的算法选择，真正的实现了算法库的概念。 本项目主要就构造作业计划调度优化算法库等方面进行研究。这将有利于促进我国MES在单件小批制造业的应用，提高我国离散型制造业整体管理水平。本文将以单件小批MES系统为主体，对其中的动态算法库子系统进行详细的与。 SOA；MES；云计算；智能化 The Implementation of MES Dynamic Algorithm Library Subsystem Based on SOA Abstract Execution System Manufacturing (MES) is a manufacturing-enterprise execution-layer-oriented production information management system.
