M类三维复杂槽型断屑性能实验研究摘要为了提高生产效益,现今的制造业已逐渐向自动化、无人化发展,这一发展对机械制造系统的稳定性提出了更高的要求,由断屑问题导致的不正常停机则成为影响机械制造系统稳定性的一个重要因素。而在加工断屑困难的难切削材料时,刀具断屑性能的好坏对提高生产效率尤为重要。目前广泛采用的三维复杂槽型具有良好的断屑效果,但针对槽型几何参数的具体研究还较为欠缺。本课题以M类三维复杂槽型的断屑性能为研究对象,一方面通过比较M类槽型和P类槽型断屑效果的差异,分析M类材料的加工特点;另一方面通过比较不同厂家具有不同槽型几何参数的硬质合金涂层刀片在车削1Cr18Ni9Ti时的的断屑效果,分析得出槽型几何参数对刀片断屑性能的影响情况。参考实验结果,对M类三维复杂槽型进行优化设计,使其在保证刀片寿命的情况下具有良好的断屑效果。关键词:断屑性能;M类材料;槽型几何参数;槽型优化设计Experimental research on the chip breaking performance of M type 3 dimensional complex grooveAbstractIn order to improve the production efficiency, the manufacturing industry has gradually developed to automation and unmanned, which put up with higher command to the stability of mechanical manufacturing system. The abnormal shutdown resulted from chip breaking has become one of the most important factures of the stability of mechanical manufacturing system. When it comes to processing materials that are difficult to cut, the chip breaking performance of inserts will influence much on improving the production efficiency. The widely used inserts with 3 dimensional complex groove have good performance in chip breaking, but the concrete research on geometric parameters of groove is still not enough. This subject took the chip breaking performance of M type 3 dimensional complex groove as studying object.On one hand, analysedthe processing characteristic of M type material by comparing the chip breaking performance of M type groove with that of P type groove;on the other hand,analysed the influence of groove geometric parameters on inserts chip breaking performance by comparing the chip breaking effect of carbide inserts with different groove geometric parameters from different companies when cutting 1Cr18Ni9Ti. According to the experimental results, make a optimization design of M type 3 dimensional complex groove to make it have better chip breaking performance as well as assuring the inserts life span.Keywords:chip breaking performance; M type materials; groove geometric parameters;
