ABSTRACTObjective:Through215casesofcervicalcancersurgery,ComparativelyanalyzetheoutcomesofLRHandARH.ClassifyofpreoperativecomplicationsbyClavien-Dindoclassification,andanalyzetheriskfactorsaboutcomplications,soastoprovideareferenceforaccumulatemoresurgicalexperiences,preoperativeevaluation,reducetheincidenceofcomplications.Methods:AretrospectiveanalysisofclinicaldataofcervicalcanersurgerywascollectedfromMarch2010toMarch2014，whichconcludethemanagementofpreoperative,intraoperativeandpostoperativedata,andpostoperativefollow-updata,werecollected.Divideintotwogroups:LRHgroup（n=123)andARHgroup(n=92),analyzeandcomparethedifferenceofoperatingtime,bloodingvolume,postoperativehospitalstay,thenumberoflymphnoderesection,complicationsbetweentwogroupsandpostoperativefollow-updata,Assessthesafetyandfeasibilityoftwogroups.accordingtoClavien-Dindoclassification,classifytheintraoperativeandpostope-rativecomplications,CompareandValuatethesetwokindsofcomplications.LogisticregressionanalyzewhetheroverdangergradeIIcomplicationshaveanyrelationshipwithindependentriskfactors,forexample,over50yearold,BMIshowoverweight,opeartingtime,etal.Results:From215casesofthestudy,LRHandARHweresuccessfullyimplemented.LRHgrouphavenoconversiontoopensurgery.significantdifferencewasfoundbetweenthetwogroupswhencompareddrainagetuberemovaltime,postoperativehospitalstay,catheterremovaltime,analexhaustingtime,Bloodtransfusion,P0.05.therearenosignificantdifferencebetweenoperatingtimeandthenumberofremovedlymphnodes,p0.05.Thetypeandmorbidityofintraoperativeandpostoperativecomplicationsisdifferentinthetwogroups,therearenosignificantdifferencebetweentwogroups,P0.05.InLRHgroup,Subcutaneousemphysemaiscommoninintraoperativecomplications.Postoperativemorbidity,UrinaryretentionandpostoperativeAnemiaarecommoninpostoperativecomplications.InARHgroup,Iliacveininguryiscommoninintraoperativecomplications.IthasthesamemajorpostoperativecomplicationsasLRHgroup.Clavien-Dindoclassificationclassify6kindsofcomplicationstogradeI,andalso6
