中文摘要随着经济全球化和科学技术的迅猛发展，服务外包已经逐渐成为跨国经营的新潮流和方向，尤其是对于发展中国家，发展服务外包成为其参与国际竞争，实现经济高速增长的助推器。特别是2008年全球金融危机爆发后，跨国公司在金融危机的影响下加速全球产业的调整重组，向具有低成本、人才优势的发展中国家转移服务业成为新的焦点。我国在政策上大力发展第三产业，为服务外包业的发展提供了很好的机遇。本文在服务外包理论的指导下，阐述国内外服务外包发展的现状及其重要的作用。发展服务外包产业，抢抓服务外包发展机遇，一方面可以使企业集中有限资源，优化核心竞争力，提升现有机构效率，规避经营风险，增强企业适应不断变化的外部环境的能力，充分发挥规模化生产优势，降低经营成本；另一方面可以优化社会产业结构，推动服务业快速发展，为社会创造更多就业岗位。服务外包正在成为各跨国公司提高竞争力、应对国际竞争的重要手段。我国服务外包市场总体处于初级阶段，具有巨大的发展潜力。服务外包市场范围比较广阔，找到适合自身特点的服务外包发展模式和战略方向极其重要。本文结合服务外包的整体状况和Sodexo公司外包实际情况，对服务外包市场需求进行了分析，通过两个具体的案例阐述了Sodexo公司服务外包模式的流程，以期在对Sodexo公司外包模式进行阐述分析的同时，能给各企业服务外包提供有益的思考及为国家提供政策性建议。关键词：服务外包，运作模式，案例分析，政策建议ABSTRACTThedevelopmentofserviceoutsourcingisoneofthemajorstrategieswhichareusedtotakepartintheinternationalcompetitionbyeverycountryintheworld,especialinthedevelopingcountries.Thedevelopmentofserviceoutsourcingistheboosterofeconomyrevitalization,thehighspeedeconomydevelopment.Sincethefinancialcrisiswasbrokenoutin2008,internationalfinancialhasbeenacceleratetodeveloptheadjustmentandrestructureontheeffectofthefinancialcrisis.Chinahasbeenthefocusofinternationalfinancialorganization,thebuyerofserviceoutsourcingandthesupplierservicetransform.Chinesegovernmentencouragesandsupportstheserviceoutsourcingbythepolicies,atthesametimewhichofferopportunitiesforthedevelopment.Undertheguidanceofserviceoutsourcingtheory,thethesisstatedthecurrentsituationofserviceoutsourcinganditsmainfunction.Ontheonehand,theincreasingdevelopmentofserviceoutsourcing,grabbingtheopportunitiesoftheserviceoutsourcingfordevelopmentprecipitatesresourcecollectionofthefinancialorganization,establishandstrengthenthecorecompetitiveness,improvetheorganizationefficiency,andsatisfiestheneedsofthecustomersvaluerealizationbetterandfaster,avoidtheoperationrisks,strengthenthecapitalofadaptingthechangeofexternalenvironmentandgivefullplaytotheadvantagesofintensiveproduct.Ontheotherhand,itcangivefullplaytotheradiationeffectoffinancialindustry,spuronthedevelopmentelectronicinformationandotherhigh-techindustryandthemodernservi
