Rapid Detection of Nanobacteria Infection in Type Ⅲ ProstatitisAbstractBackground and objectives：According to NIH classification in the 1995 , Type Ⅲ prostatitis that is, non-bacterial prostatitis, or also known as chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP / CPPS). It is different from Type I, II prostatitis becauseexpressed prostatic secretion( EPS) can not be found bacteria by microscopy and culture. However ,Type IV prostatitis is called occult prostatitis，and no clinical symptom. Type III prostatitis is a common diseases, requently-occurring disease in male, accounted for abouturology outpatient service 1/4. The etiological factor is unclear so that treatment effectiveness is poor. In recently, according to a variety of possible factors cause of Type III prostatitis, such as nervous system, autoimmune, androgen receptor, psychological, infection and inflammation etc. Scholars have conducted extensive in-depth research. However, there have been not able to obtain the same conclusion, no good reasonto explain Type Ⅲ prostatitis symptoms and auxiliary examination results. Clinical doctorsused to combine antibiotic with receptor blocker to therapy III type prostatitis, and have achieved a certain effectiveness. Therefore, there is a idea that Type III prostatitis is associated with the pathogenic microorganism. After extensive research, many scholars finda new pathogenic microorganism- nanobacteria is closely related with TypeⅢ prostatitis,and more animal experiments and other research have proved nanobacteria is one of etiological factors of TypeⅢ prostatitis. it brings us a new hope for diagnosis and treatmentof TypeⅢprostatitis. However, the unique biological behavior of nanobacteria creates abarrier for clinical work in clinical detection and practical application.Nanobacteria is a new-discovered coccobacteria, whose diameter is about 100-500nm.
