SEDATIVEHYPNOTICEFFICACYOFTHEBLENDEDESSENTIALOILANDITSAPPLICATIONRESEARCHABSTRACTInthepaper,chemicalcompositionanalysis,olfactorypreferencetesting,sedative-hypnoticefficacytestingandpreparationofmicrocapsulehasbeenconductedforakindofessentialoilblendedbysweetmarjoramoil,germanchamomileoil,andlavenderoil.Themainconclusionsareasfollows:AccordingtoGC/MS,terpene-basedsubstanceisthemaincomponentsoftheblendedessentialoil,followedbylinalool(10.02%)andlinalylacetate(7.97%).Theresultsofolfactorypreferencetestinginmiceshows,theblendedoilhighlydilutedareattractivescentsandthescentswithoutdilutedareaversive.Accordingtospontaneouslocomotoractivity,duringtheprocessofscent-inhaling,theinactivetimeofmicewasextraordinaryincreasedwithdilutedscent,especiallytheconcentrationof10-3and10-4,by96%and120%respectively.Accordingtopentobarbitalsodium-inducedsleeptest,thesleeplatencyofmicewasshortenedby32%and42%,whilethesleeptimewasextraordinaryprolongedby74%and70%,withthescentof10-3and10-4respectively.Theblendedessentialoilwasencapsulatedbyβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD),theoptimalparametersweredeterminedbyorthogonalexperiments,andshowedasfollows:ratioofcoreandwallmaterial1:8(w/w),concentrationofβ-CD12%(w/w),reactiontemperature50℃,reactiontime1h.Yieldofmicrocapsulewas83.54%,andtheencapsulationefficiencywas69.42%undertheoptimalconditions.KEYWORDS:blendedessentialoil,olfactorypreference,sedariveandhypnotic,microcapsule,β-cyclodextrin目录第一章综述.............................................................................................................................................11.1芳香植物........................................................................................................................................11.1.1甜牛至.....................................................................................................................................21.1.2德国甘菊.................................................................................................................................31.1.3薰衣草..
