AbstractThetravelingsalesmanproblemisoneofthewell-knownprobleminmathematicsfield,thelarge-scaleTSPisatypicaleasy-to-describebutdifficulttodealwithNP-hardproblem,andhowtoeffectivelysolvetheTSPhasimportanttheoreticalsignificanceandapplicationvalue.Becausethosewhocanabstractallnodesinthetraversalofagraphonceandonlyonce,theproblemofseekingtheleastcostlyHamiltonpath,canbeusedasaTSPproblemtosolve.Quantum-inspiredevolutionaryalgorithmistheeffectiveintegrationofquantumcomputingandevolutionaryalgorithms,Itusesevolutionaryalgorithmswithsimpleoperation,donotneedtodeterminetherules,probability-basedoptimizationmethodthatcanautomaticallyaccessandoptimizationofthesearchspace,theadaptivesearchdirection,implicitparallelism,theabilityofglobaloptimization,robustnessandotherproperties.Combinedwithpowerfulparallelcomputingpowerandcaneffectivelysimulatethequantumbehaviorofthequantumcomputing,toovercomethetraditionalevolutionaryalgorithmtosolvethelarger,morecomplexproblems,needahugecomputationandstorage,easytofallintolocalconvergenceandotherdefects.Quantumevolutionaryalgorithmintomanyofthebasicfeaturesofquantummechanics,andcombineitwiththeevolutionaryalgorithmwillgreatlyimprovetheefficiencyofthealgorithm.Atthesametime,thispaperproposesanimprovedquantum-inspiredevolutionaryalgorithmfortheTSPproblemsolvingresearch,Andexperimentsshowthatthealgorithmiscomparedwiththetraditionalevolutionaryalgorithmhasabetteradvantage.themainworkandinnovationisasfollows:1,IntheimprovedQuantum-inspiredEvolutionaryAlgorithmfortheintroductionofthequbit.makethequantumchromosomecodingbuiltonthebasisofthequantumstatevectorrepresentation,usequbitandthecityserialquantumchromosomeencoding,makethequantumchromosomehaveparallelismandsuperposition,toeffectivelyreducethesizeofthepopulation,thecodingofthealgorithmchromosomeanddecodingsimple,easyimplementationoftheencodinganddecoding.2,Usinganimprovedquantumrotationgate--DynamicHεdoorAdaptiveDynamicquantumrotationgate.Theuseofimprovedquantumrotationgatetoupdatethepopulation,
