StructuralDesignandcharacteristicanalysisofOneHigh-speedMotorizedSpindlewithAuto-balancingHeadAbstractStudyingontheon-linedynamicbalancingofhigh-speedmotorizedspindlequicklyisoneofthemainresearchdirectionsinthedomesticmotorizedspindletechnology.Onemotorizedspindlewithauto-balancingheadhasbeendesignedinthispaper,whichisusedtosolvetheimbalanceandvibrationundertheconditionofhighspeed.Alsoboththerunningaccuracyofmotorizedspindleandtheproductionefficiencywillbeimproved.Themaincontentsofthistopicareasfollows:Notonlythebasicparametersandthestructurelayoutofmotorizedspindlehavebeenstudied,butalsothecorrelationtheoriesoftherotorbalancinghavebeenanalysised,bothofwhichprovidesatheoreticalbasisforthestructuraldesign.Accordingtothetypicalmillingprocessparameters,thecuttingforceofthespindlehasbeencalculated.Bychoosingthespindlemotor,thetoolholder,thebearingsandthebearinglubricationsystemofthemotorizedspindlestructure,aswellasthedeterminationofthereasonableoverhangandspan,thedetaileddesignsofthemainparametersofthespindlesystemarecompleteed.Thedifferencebetweenthespindleofthistopicandthegeneralspindleis:Theautomaticbalancingheadinstallatedonaspindle.Therefore,accordingtotheprincipleoftheauto-balancingheadputtedforwardbyJiangHong-Yan,thebalanceprecisiongradeandtheallowedunbalancearedetermined.Theformulasforsolvingthequalityofacounterbalancehavebeenderivedusinganalyticalmethod.FinallytheselectionprincipleoftheelectromagnetandelasticelementarediscussedThespindleismodeledthroughthesoftwareSolidWorks,andthenanalyzedbyintroduceingintothefiniteelementsimulationsoftware.Usingthefiniteelementanalysismethod,themodeandtheharmonicresponsecharacteristicofmotorizedspindleareanalyzed.Theanalysisandcalculationandaboutthemaximumdynamicdisplacementarecarriedoninthecaseofhigh-speed,whichhappenedatfivelocations,inthefrontofthespindle,bearings,balanceheads,andthecentraloftherotor.Thestructuraldesignofthespindleisverifiedreasonablely.Keywords:banlancehead,motorizedspindle,dynamicbalance,dynamiccharacter
