ABSTRACTObjective:Bycomparingthedegenerativelumbarolisthegroupandthecontrolgroup,theincidenceofthelumbosacraltransitionalvertebraanalysisdegenerativelumbarolisthegroupandcontrolgroupdifferencesintransitionalvertebra,explorethelumbosacraltransitionalvertebraanddegenerativelumbarolistheclinicalcorrelationfactors,inordertoimprovetheunderstandingofbothclinicalandimage,andtoprovidecertaintheoryreferenceforclinicalpreventionandtreatment.Methods:WillbeinJanuary2011-March2015Thefirstaffiliatedhospitalofnanchanguniversityhospitalscollectionof820patientswithdegenerativelumbarolistheasslippagegroup,willbeinJanuary2011-March2015Thefirstaffiliatedhospitalofnanchanguniversityhospitalforclinicalhealthphysicalexamination,andnoobvioussignsofpatientswith810casesascontrolgroupcomparedclinicallyrelevant.Theincidenceofcomparisonbetweenthetwogroupsoflumbosacraltransitionalvertebraandthedifferencebetweeneachmodel;Comparisonofgenderdifferencesbetweenthetwogroups;Analysisofthedegenerativelumbarspineandtheincidenceofthelumbosacraltransitionalvertebra,analysisofthedegreeofslip,segmentalandwithlumbosacraltransitionalvertebraeachmodelthecorrelationbetweenthe.Twogroupsareexclusiveappearlumbarspondylolysis,traumatic,pathologicalslippageandothercongenitaldysplasia;Fracturepatients,patientswithlumbarspinesurgery;Patientswithinfectionintumorpatientsor;Imagingdataqualitylowerorincompleteclinicaldata.AllpatientsinthelumbarspineX-rayand(or)lumbarCTexamination,theslippageofthelumbarspineX-rayof605cases(73.78%),lumbarCTexaminationof251(30.61%),twodocheckaccountfor220(26.83%);ThecontrolgroupinthelumbarspineX-rayof611cases(75.43%),lumbarCTexaminationof243cases(30.00%),twodocheckfor222cases(27.41%).Meyerdingclassificationmethodbasedondegreeofdetachmentwereclassified,thelumbosacraltransitionalvertebrainthestandardofCastellvietc.AndtotheextentofthelumbarspineandL5transverseprocessofstrictmeasurementparameterssuchaswidthandlength.ThemeasurementofthedegreeoflumbarolisthemainlyinlumbarlateralXrayfilm,measuringth
