The results showed as follows: Sebastes schlegeli serum enzyme alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase over time within each group were significantly increased(P0.05), and in 60min when the hypoxic group of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase significantly(P0.05) higher than in the hypoxia group and hyperoxia group. Alkaline phosphatase in each group is decreased as the oxygen content decreased, but not significantly (P0.05),;the blood cells changed as follows: in hypoxia group, white blood cell was significantly reduced (P0.05 ) ,red blood cell counts and hemoglobin increased significantly(P0.05) with lower oxygen content in water; in Sebastes schlegeli serum ions, differention concentration increased with the oxygen content of the water body have differentdegrees of rise(Ca(P0.05)、P(P0.05)、cl(P0.05)、Na(P0.05)); hypoxia organicingredients of Sebastes schlegeli serum found that uric acid and creatinine levels were significantly increased(P0.05)within each group. For urea, total cholesterol, glycerol ester analysis, the differences between groups were not significantly(P0.05 ).Byanalysis of Sebastes schlegeli serum biochemical indicators, hypoxic conditions caused limit of liver, heart and gill damaged and blood-forming organs.Key words:Sebastes schlegeli; ovarian development ; early development ; gonadal differentiation ; blood cell; biochemical indicators目录中英文缩略词...
