AbstractChinasinsuranceindustrydevelopedgraduallyandthestatusinthenationaleconomyincreasedoverthethirtyyearswithReformandOpening-upPolicy.Andlifeinsurancebusinessintheinsurancealsooccupiestheleadingposition,andbecomethemainforcepromotethedevelopmentoftheindustry.Inrecentyears,therapiddevelopmentofeconomyoftherichpopulationisobviouslyarisingtrend.ThereportinOct,2011byCentralFinanceandEconomicsCollegeshows,from2006in2010toinfiveyears,Chinasrichpopulationincreasedfrom361000to1.003million,itsinvestmentassetscanbeincreasedfrom10.4trillionto30trillion.TheirincreasedfinancialneedsfurtherpromotedthedevelopmentofChinaswealthmanagementmarket.Asaresult,manylifeinsurancecompanieshavetoturntheirattentiontohigh-endcustomers,hopepreemptedhigh-endfinancialmarketopportunities.CITIC-PrudentialLifeInsuranceCompany(hereafterreferredtoas“CITIC-PRULife”)isasino-BritishlifeinsurancejointventureinChina.Thecompanyhasgrownuprapidlyafter10yearssinceitwasestablished,anditspremiumincomeinthejointventureinsurancecompanyisamongthebest.BothofCiticandPrudentialarecomprehensivestrongfinancialgroup,andmostoftheircustomersaremiddleandhigh-endcustomers.SoCITIC-PRULifeisatypicalcaseintheresearchofhigh-endcustomer’swealthmanagement.Thispaperbasedonpersonalfinancetheory,lifeinsurancefinancialtheoryandthehigh-endcustomerwealthmanagementtheory,analyzethecurrentsituationofmanagementofthecompany,andpointsoutitsproblemsinhigh-endcustomerthroughtothecaseCITIC-PRULife:Thelimitationsofaccessforhigh-endcustomer;Lackofelitetalentsforservinghigh-endcustomer;Existingfinancialproductsandproductportfoliolackofinnovation.ThenthispaperputsforwardtheimprovementmeasuresandSuggestions.Wehopeitcanprovidesomereferencesinbusinessdevelopmentandstrategicthinkingtoothercompanies,promotelifeinsuranceindustryinthecurrentfinancialenvironmentdevelopmentandimprovement.Keywords:Lifeinsurancecompany,wealthmanagement,high-endcustomer目录摘要......................................................................................................
