AbstractIndividualstockoptionisamatureproductintheoverseasmarket,whichcouldenrichthetoolsoftheinvestorsriskmanagement,vivifythemarkettransaction,expandedthedepthandthescopeofthemarket,improvethemarketefficiencyandoptimizethediscoveryfunctionofmarketprice.Inthebeginningoftheindividualstockoptionbusiness,howtomakesurethebusinessdevelopinsafe;howtoimproveboththetheriskmanagementablityandtheproductinnovationlevel,howtomeetthesatisfactionofthecustomersofthesecuritycompanyareconsideratedasthekeyissuestobedealwith.Thispaperdemonstratedtheresearchbackgroundandtheresearchsignificancfromthe3aspectswhichintroducedtheindividualstockoptionsbusiness,businessfeasibilityandriskanalys:thepapergeneratedthebusinessfeature,andanalyzebusinessfeasbilityfromtheaspectsoftheclients,securitycompany,stockexchangeandselfoperatedbusiness.Inadditional,thepaperanalyzethevariouskindsoftheriskandsolutionswhichthesecuritycompanymaybecomfrontwithduringthebusinessdevelopment.Onthatbasis,thestockoptionbusinessmodle：123whichmakesurethebusinesswiththegoalofdevelopinginsafeandorderlyandimprovetheriskmanagementablity;Toimplementtowkindofthebusiness:indvidualstockoptionbrokeragebusinessandProprietarytradingindividualstockoptions;bythreeway:settlementprocessing,techniqueimplementationandriskmanagement.BasedonfullyunderstandingtheinternalresourcesadvantagesandindustrydevelopmentprospectsofXinDasecuritiesco.LTD.,thispaperdesignstheplanoftheindividualstockoptionbrokeragebusinessandself-operatedbusiness,putsforwardthemanagementmodelofindividualstockoptionbusiness,providesthetheoreticalsupporttograsptheopportunities,developbusiness,riskpreventionandreasonableinnovationforthesecuritiesfirm,andprovidesdecision-makingreferenceforotherfinancialenterprisestodesignthebusinessinnovationmanagementmodel.Keywords：Cindasecuritiesco.,LTD.,individualstockoption,businessplan,themanagementmodel目录第一章导论............................................................................................................11.1研究背景.............
