Paygap,ResignationofseniorexecutiveandEnterprisePerformance:EmpiricalanalysisofState-ownedlistedCompaniesintheinformationtechnologyindustryABSTRACTInrecentyears,sky-highsalaryrepeatedlynewshome,in2009thetwosessionsintroducedLimitPayOrdertocontrolthephenomenonofexcessiveexecutivepayinstate-ownedenterprise.WenJiabaopointedoutatTheFifthSessionoftheEleventhNationalPeoplesCongressin2012enterprises,thatwemuststrictlyregulatetheseniorofficialspayofthestate-ownedenterpriseandfinancialsectorcompanies,expandthelevelofmedium-incomepeople.Itshowsexecutivepayhashighlyattractedtheattentionofthepeopleandthegovernment.Scholarsathomeandabroadalreadyconcernedaboutexecutivepay.Inthelastcentury,Westernscholarsafter80begantofocusontheissueofexecutivepaygap.Fortheproblemoftheexecutivespaygap,therearetwoverydifferentperspectivesthetheorytournamentTheoryandthebehaviortheory,theformersupportslargepaygap,thelatterinfavorofthesmallerthepaygap.Bothviewsaresupportedbysomeacademics.Mostoftheexistingliteraturefocusedonexecutivepaygaphowtoimpactonbusinessperformance,thereislittleacademicresearchonexecutivepaygaphowtoinfluencebusinessperformance.Thisarticleattemptstoexplainhowpaygapimpactbusinessperformancethroughstudyseniorteamstability.Hisstate-ownedeconomyoccupiesadominantpositioninChinaeconomy;state-ownedenterprisescorporategovernancestructurehasitsowncharacteristics.Comparingwithprivateenterpriseandforeign-fundedenterprises,executivepaysysteminthestate-ownedenterpriseisdesignedwithmoreattentionforfairness,andhowrelativelylittlepaygapeffectstabilityoftheseniorteamandperformance?Thisarticleselectsstate-ownedcompaniesininformationtechnologyindustryfrom2007to2011assample.Measureexecutivepaygapbyabsolutegaponexecutive,measurestabilityofseniorteambytheproportionofseniorteamresignationtothetotalnumberoftheseniormanagementteam.Empiricalstudybetweenexecutivepaygapandexecutivesquitratesandrelationship薪酬差距、高管辞职与企业绩效ABSTRACTenterpriseperformanceOnChinainformationtechnologyindustry.Studyresultsindicatethat
