新型手性硫脲催化剂的合成及催化性能分析-synthesis and catalytic performance analysis of a new chiral thiourea catalyst
AbstractOver the past decade, organocatalysis has grown rapidly to become one of the most exciting fields in asymmetric catalysis and much interest has been devoted to the development of highly efficient organocatalysts for a variety of reactions.In this dissertation, two novel chiral amine-thiourea catalysts were designed and synthesized from natural product - isosteviol via multi-step reactions.Asymmetric Michael addition of isobutyraldehyde to nitroalkenes were studied by using the chiral amine-thiourea catalyst C1and C2. Thiourea C1 were proven to be more effective. The reaction displayed obvious generality and functional- group tolerance in chloroform with 20 mol% catalyst C1. The corresponding adducts were obtained with good to high yields (57-92%) and high to excellent enantioselectivities (93-98% ee)Key words: asymmetric organocatalysis, chiral thiourea, Michael addition, isostiviolII目录摘要 ...............................................................................................................................
