风轮的匹配角度以及两片阻力叶片之间的 x 向与 y 向偏置距离作为设计优化变量,在 isight-FD 集成软件上搭建优化设计平台,采用多岛遗传算法,以平均扭矩作 为优化目标,进行了进一步的寻优设计。接着,将所得的二维优化结果建成三维的实体模型,并且构造出三维空间的 流场模型,以更接近实际的情况研究这种混合风轮的气动特性。三维的数值计算 利用 CFX,同二维计算一样,也是依托移动网格技术创建滑移交界面实现转动 运动的非定常仿真计算。除了直接将平面叶型拉伸成直叶片外,还尝试着内部的 阻力叶片的扭转设计,即积迭出螺旋形的外形轮廓,通过数值计算验证这种新型 设计能否起到改善功率输出特性或者提升性能的效果。进而又试验了将升力叶片 的截面沿周向旋转一定角度,形成掠叶片。在同样的计算条件下,与前面的直叶 片升阻混合风轮进行对比,评估其改进的效果。本文所论述的完整设计流程为以 后垂直轴风机的改进和革新提供了有用的方法和设计方向。关键词:升阻混合风轮,双 S 型阻力风轮,RNG k-ε 模型,优化设计,功率,扭 矩,多岛遗传算法AbstractAs regarded as a renewable energy, wind energy has the advantage of non-polluting, abundant storage , less investment but quick profit. Depletion of the fossil fuels and other non-renewable energy, enables countries to intensify the wind power technologys study. The share of wind power generation occupies an increasingly important position in the energy market. Because the running of vertical axis wind turbines isnt affected by wind flow direction, researchers take more interesting in the vertical axis wind turbine in the field of small wind power. Therefore, the numerical study of this wind turbine is a very important issue.The Lift-drag hybrid wind turbine this essay mentioned is installed two kinds of wind wheel blade, one is resistance difference power type which placed close to the rotation shaft ,the other one is lift force type in the outer circle. One of the main theme of this essay work is to verify if the combination of these two known wind wheels can make out additive effect. Lift force vertical axis wind turbine blade has H type and Ф type without connecting rod , generally its blade profile is airfoil section profile. There are many kinds of resistance difference power wind wheel, and the common style is Savonious type (or S shape) and other derived types based on it. The two kinds of vertical axis wind wheel both have their respective advantages and disadvantages.
