AbstractThe status of female mental health is severe now; many of female have mental health problems more or less. Climacteric depression and anxiety symptom are the most common and serious problems of them. This research tries to set up a social work pattern about how the casework steps in the female mental health problem by two casework process. The main directory theories in this pattern are cognitive behavior theory, social support network theory, and crisis intervention theory; the main methods of casework in this pattern are rational-emotive therapy, relaxation therapy, learning by observation, structural family therapy, and crisis intervention pattern. With the help of the casework, two clients have strike up scientific life style, envisaged their value, appreciated themselves, and taken sharp the reasonable mode of thinking. At last, the mental health of two clients is remitted. After the practice, the workers thinks that refute the clients irrational beliefs, help the client establish a scientific and ration thinking mode, rebuild or enhance the clients social support network by promote communication between the client and her friends, and let the client contact with more good things, learn to the example. Use these methods can promote the client change her irrational and behavior. With the help of the structural family therapy, client and her family can communicate normally, and solve the problems of family. Help the client to treat the critical incident accurately and get of development.
