检验差异有统计学意义（p=0.016）。4多变量Cox比例风险回归模型分析结果显示肿瘤的临床分期、是否淋巴结转移、HIF-1?及HuR的表达情况对生存时间有影响。结论HuR及HIF-1?的表达水平和肾癌的临床病理参数及预后相关，二者可作为肾癌诊断及预后评估的重要标记物，并可成为肾癌治疗的有效靶点。关键词肾细胞癌；HuR；HIF-1?；诊断；预后ClinicalsignificanceofHuRandHIF-1??expressionsinrenalcellcarcinomaObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicalsignificanceofHuRandHIF-1??expressionsinrenalcellcarcinoma.MethodsImmunohistochemistryPV9000methodwasusedtoexaminetheexpressionofHuRandHIF-1??in76casesofRCCtissues,20casesofpara-carcinomatissuesand15casesofnormalrenaltissues.ThecorrelationbetweentheexpressionsofthesetwoproteinsandtheclinicalpathologicalparametersofRCCwereanalyzed.weevaluatedtheroleofHuRandHIF-1??intheprognosisassessmentofRCCbyKaplan-MeierandCOXproportionalhazardsregressionmodels.ResultsExpressionofHuRandHIF-1??inrenalcellcarcinomatissues,para-carcinomatissuesandnormalrenaltissues.Thecytoplasmpositiveexpressionrate(38.1%)ofHuRinRCCwashigherthanthatinpara-carcinomatissues(10.00%)andnormalrenaltissues(13.33%,p0.05).Thenucleuspositiveexpressionrate(48.68%)ofHIF-1??inRCCwassignificantlyhigherthaninpara-carcinomatissues(5.00%)andnormalrenaltissues(0%,p0.05).BothcytoplasmHuRandnucleusHIF-1??werepositivein25of76casesRCC,andtherewere35of76casesRCCthatbothcytoplasmHuRandnucleusHIF-1??werenegative.TherewaspositiverelationshipbetweencytoplasmHuRandnucleusHIF-1?expressionlevel(p0.05)inRCC.TherelationbetweenHuRandHIF-1???expressionswithclinicalpathologicalcharacteristicsofRCC.TheexpressionlevelofHuRincytoplasmwascorrelatedwiththeclinicalstage,histologicalsubtypeandlymphnodemetastasisstatus(P0.05)inRCC.TheexpressionlevelofnucleusHIF-1??wascorrelatedwithclinicalstage,pathologicalgradeandlymphnodemetastasisstatusinRCC(P0.05).MeanwhilepositiverelationshipbetweencytoplasmHuRandnucleusHIF-1??expressionlevel(p0.05)inRCCwasobserved.3.ThecorrelationbetweenHuRandHIF-1??andprognosisassessmentofRCC.66of76patients(86.84%)werefollowedupfor6-67months.SurvivalanalysiswithKaplan-MeriermethodshowedthattheoverallsurvivalcurveofcytoplasmHuRnegativegroupwasbetterthan
