摘要当前人群健康问题呈现日益严峻的趋势。健康问题的产生与城市机动化快速 发展对现代生活环境的改变密切相关。步行作为一种绿色的出行方式,在诸多研 究中被证明对人群的健康有着重要的积极作用。然而,在以车为本的城市空间环 境中,步行的地位未能得到应有的重视,因此在城市的规划建设中亟需构建能够 吸引人们主动步行出行的环境,从而在空间环境的角度促进人群的健康。住区作为人们日常居住、购物、休闲娱乐、参与社会交往、交流信息等的重 要活动场所,是城市人群居住生活的主要空间载体。在住区层面构建能够积极引 导人群步行出行的空间环境,对于促进城市人群的健康有积极的作用,这也是未 来城市住区规划发展着力关注人群的健康的发展趋势。本文结合大理海东山地住 区规划实践项目,以住区居民的步行行为活动作为促进人群健康的切入点,提出 构建在健康导向下适宜步行的住区规划设计方法,通过积极引导居民的步行出行, 实现住区空间环境对人群健康的有效促进。首先,在相关理论研究的基础上,规划从居民步行出行的行为需求入手,构 建包括目的性、可达性、安全性、舒适性和愉悦性五个层面的步行行为需求模型,通过解析居民步行出行行为需求模型与住区空间环境之间的内涵关系,提炼出适 宜步行的住区规划要素,并制定在住区规划中促进人群健康的实现路径及明确主 要规划内容。在住区空间内以步行出行为切入点,创造适宜人群活动、亲近自然环境和社会交往的机会,进而实现住区规划促进人群健康的目标。 然后,结合大理海东山地住区规划这一实践项目,提出从总体到局部的规划设计思路,在宏观、中观和微观三个层次下分别从用地功能、交通组织、公服设施、绿地空间、公共空间、设施环境及建筑设计七大住区规划空间要素探讨规划 策略。以搭建适宜步行的住区结构、营造适宜步行的住区空间和提升适宜步行的 住区环境,全面构建健康导向下适宜步行的山地住区。最后,总结健康导向下适宜步行的海东住区规划设计方法,并从研究角度和 研究思路出发总结了研究的创新点,希望能为我国山地住区的建设提供一定参考; 同时也指出研究存在的不足,并对规划对于促进人群健康的实践发展提出了自己的展望。关键词:健康导向,适宜步行,山地住区,大理海东ABSTRACTThe current population health problem shows the tendency of growing. Health problems and urban motorization rapid development is closely related to the changes in the environment of modern life. As a green way to travel on foot, proven in many research has an important positive role to the health of people. However, in the car for the city space environment, walking status has not been able to get the attention they deserve, therefore needs to be built in the city planning and construction can attract people to walk active travel environment, thus in the Angle of the space environment to promote the health of the population.Settlements are the most spatial carrier for human to shopping, for entertainment, and to participate in social life and communication. It is very important to create a conducive to promote health behavior of residential space for improving the health of settlements residents and this is the inevitable developing trend of the current city residential areas.
