The factors affecting on teclmological innovation populations of the construction industry are analyzed. They compnse mar!ets，industlíal charactenstics，industlíal policies，organizational forms，capital facto邸， hwnan resour臼s and tω加让cal factors etc. The problems existing in 也e processof forming and development of the teclmological innovation org缸让zations in Chinas construction industry are indicated，and the COff臼ponding counterrile臼ures are putforward.
