建筑业农民工工作幸福感的影响因素分析-analysis on influencing factors of working well-being of migrant workers in construction industry

The empirical analysis shows that：1）The main factors affecting work well-beingof peasant workers in the construction industry are as follows：negative or positive emotions, interpersonal relationship, social security, job-prospect; 2 ） There aresignificant differences among these factors influencing work well-being of peasant workers like different age, educational level, working nature, monthly income, working years and whether still work in the construction industry.
