毕业论文题目：建筑业农民工职业技能培训模式研究管理科学与工程专业2010 级研究生姓名：罗伟指导教师（姓名、职称）：孙文建副教授摘要随着我国国民经济和城市化进程的不断加快，建筑业保持了迅速增长态势，已对我 国经济发展有举足轻重的作用。建筑业属于劳动力密集行业，对增加就业，特别是转移 农村富余劳动力，统筹城乡发展发挥了重要作用。2011 年国家统计局网站显示，2011 年建筑业总共吸纳 4474.2 万农民工，农民工从事建筑业的比重已从 2008 年的 13.8%上 升至 17.7%，并仍有增加的趋势。但是，农民大部分文化程度较低；其次他们持证上岗 人员寥寥无几，没有经过系统的职业培训，存在着很多不规范的施工行为和安全隐患， 从而使得建筑业的安全生产事故和工程质量问题时有发生；再次建筑业的飞速发展，很 多新材料、新工艺、新技术、新设备在建筑业广泛运用，即使建筑企业有周密的发展计 划和宏伟蓝图，但如果一线施工人员连起码的职业操作技能、基本的操作规范和程序都 不知道，怎么能创建高、精、尖的建筑产品，怎么能为社会提供更多的放心工程、满意 工程、精品工程？因此，对建筑一线施工人员的技能培训势在必行。本文的主要内容包括分析建筑农民工目前技能培训中存在的政府失职、企业失责和 农民工自身因素的问题。同时依据一项对南京和合肥两地农民工的调查问卷所采集的数 据，选择影响农民工职业技能培训参与意愿的若干因素，采用卡方检验的方法对数据进 行分析，分析农民工参与技能培训的自身影响因素。文章提出“模块化培训法”在建筑农民工培训上的应用。以建筑工种瓦工为例，基 于岗位能力分析，将工种技能培训项目进行模块化分割，组建培训单元，形成单位制、 模块化的培训体系。同时将我国的技术等级制度与培训相连接，深化模块化培训模式。 最后，模块化培训模式若能正常运行，需要相关政策的支持与指导，本文以南京市市民 卡制度在建筑业农民工管理方面取得的实践经验，提出了科学、合理、有针对性的对策， 保障建筑业农民工职业技能培训的顺利开展。关键词：建筑业农民工职业技能培训ABSTRACTTHESIS ： TheStudyOnOccupationSkillTrainingModeOfTheConstruction Industry Migrant WorkersSPECIALIZATION:Management Science and EngineeringM.A.CANDIDATE:Luo WeiMENTOR:Prof. Sun WenjianABSTRACTWith the accelerating development of China’s national economy and the process of urbanization, the construction industry has maintained rapid growth, has a significant role in China’s economic development.
