【关键词】甲状腺影像报告及数据系统；定性诊断；甲状腺结节性疾病IIIThevalueofTI-RADSindifferentialdiagnosisofthyroidnodulardiseaseMajor:ImagingandnuclearmedicinePostgraduate:HuangNiSupervisor:WangBoXiangMing[Abstract]Objective:ToexploretheapplicationofTI-RADSinthequalitativediagnosisofthyroidnodulardiseasevaluethroughcomparingthediagnosticperformanceofTI-RADS（thyroidimagingreportinganddatasystem，TI-RADS）standardandthediagnosisbaseonclinicalexperience.Methods:Toanalyse198thyroidlesionsultrasoundimagesanddatasof129patients.Collectsonographerdiagnosisresultsbyexperience,theresultsweredividedinto5groups,benign,benignpossibility,uncertain,malignanttendencyandmalignant.Thefirstthreegroupswerebenigngroup,andthetwogroupsweremalignantgroup.TheninaccordancewiththeTI-RADSstandard,thesonographerwhichisunknowenthepathologicalresultsmakethegradediagnosisofthesethyroidlesions,grade1-3werebenigngroup,4and5gradeweremalignantgroup.TakingpathologicalresultsasgoldenstandardforcomparingthediagnosticperformanceofTI-RADSstandardandthediagnosisbasedonclinicalexperiencebyestablishthereceiveroperatorcharacteristic(ROC)curve.ThroughcalculatingKappavaluetoevaluatetheTI-RADSrepeatabilityinthequalitativediagnosisofthyroidnodules.Results:1.AccordingtotheTI-RADSgradingstandard,thebenigngrouphave136nodulesandthemalignantgrouphave62nodules.Thelevel1have34nodules,pathologicalresultshave33benignnodulesand1malignantnodules;Thelevel2have47nodules,pathologicalresultshave45benignnodulesand2malignantnodules;Thegrade3have55nodules,pathologicalresultshave48benignnodulesand7malignantnodules;Thelevel4have40nodules,pathologicalresultshave8benignnodulesand32malignantnodules;Thelevel5have22nodules,pathologicalresultshave3benignnodulesand19malignantnodules.Accordingtothediagnosisresultsbasedonclinicalexperience,thebenigngrouphave134nodulesandthemalignantgrouphave64nodules.Thereare40IVnodulesthatultrasonicdiagnosiswerebenign,pathologicalresultshave37benignnodulesand3malignantnodules;Thereare46nodulesthatultrasonicdiagnosiswerebenignpossibility,pat
