real-time pricing model is esTab.lished. Then a demand response strategie is put forward to make the power load follow with renewable energy generating. On the basis of this, considering the network upgrade and optimal allocation of distributed generations, a distribution network expansion planning model is esTab.lished, which takes benefits of the economy, reliability and environmental synthetically, and meets requirement that renewable energy generating for new load demand. Some influencing factors on the distribution network expansion planning model, such as the demand response, load response level, penetration of DGs, are analysed separately. The results show that making full use of DGs and coordination demand response mechanism can effectively delay the distribution network upgrade and improve the efficiency of the use of renewable energy.
