the optimal scheduling results. Then we proposed a new scheme to improve grid wind power consumptive rate through reducing the peak heat load and improving electrical load valley value by thermoelectric load conversion.Finally, based on typical thermoelectric conversion device(heat pump), we propose an energy-saving scheduling method that makes much conveniency for calculating the thermoelectric load conversion. Accordingly, we can make quantitative analysis how the thermoelectric load conversion rate affects the grid wind power consumptive rate, grid total coal consumption and profits for the thermal power plant.The result illuminates that thermoelectric load conversion can reduce grid abandon air volume and conduct thermoelectric conversion load properly can reduce grid coal consumption with no damage to economic benefits of the thermal power plant.This research is supported by the National Research Program of China (863 Program),The high permeability of indirect energy for the regional power grid key technology research and demonstration (2011AA05A105).Keywords: The three norths regional power grid, Energy-saving dispatch, Cogeneration units, Wind power consumptive capacity, Thermoelectric load conversion目录摘要 .......................................................................................................................
