ABSTRACTAnewdegradableadipicacid-butanediol-ureacopolymerwaspreparedbymeltcondensationunderargonenvironmentwithadipicacid,ureaand1,4-butanediolasrawmaterials.Theinfluenceofreactiontime,catalyticagent,theratiooftherawmaterial,ureacontent,andreactiontemperaturetothepropertieswerestudied.Then,anadipicacid-1,4-butanediol-ureacopolymer(polyesteramideurea)withhighmolecularweightsweresynthesizedusedtoluenediisocynate(TDI)aschainextender,whichinfluencedtheproducts’molecularweight,thermalpropertiesanddegradableproperties.Adipicacid-1,4-butanediol-ureacopolymer(polyesteramideurea)filmcouldbeformedbycastingandmilling,respectively.ThestructureandpropertiesofthecopolymerwerecharacterizedbyFT-IR,1H-NMR,GPC,TG,DSCandSEM,respectively.Theresearchresultsshowthatwiththebestreactionconditionofmolarratioonn(1,4-butanediol+urea):n(adipicacid)=1.16:1,n(1,4-butanedio):n(urea))=5:1,dibutyltindilaurateascatalyst(0.03wt%),thehighesttemperatureat220℃andreactiontimebetween10hours,aproductwithweigh-averagemolecularweightof12700,desiredcolor,betterthermalstabilityandbetterdegradabilitywasobtained.Withtheincrementofureacontent,thedegradability,waterabsorbencyandα-crystalincreasedwhileβ-crystaldecreased,itisgoodfortheimprovementofdegradableproperties.Whenthemolarratioofureatoalcoholwas1:5,thedegradetemperatureofpolyesteramideureawas30℃higherthanthatofPBA.TDIextendedpolyesteramideureawithhighweigh-averagemolecularweightof11.3×104wasobtainedunderthebestchainextendingcondition:reactionfor1~2hoursat80℃,thenraisedthetemperatureto160℃for1hourinargonatmosphere.Thepolymerpreparedbythismethodhadbetterthermalstabilityanddegradabilitythanprepolymer.Besides,polyesteramideureafilmswithbetterdegradabilitywerepreparedbycastingandmillingformationreaction,thetensilestrengthofthemillingfilmcouldreach19.33MPawithbetterpellucidity.KeyWords:urea;adipicacid;1,4-butanediol;copolymerization;chain-extendingreaction;degradability目录摘要............................................................................................
