摘要产业集群是区域经济发展的一种重要形式和载体，其独特的竞争优势为集群中的企业提 供了广阔的空间。集群的主体是企业，因此对我国产业集群的研究不能只停留在集群本身， 而应该转向集群内的企业。随着市场需求变化的加快、技术创新的加速、市场竞争的不断增 强和产品生命周期的日渐缩短，突破性创新成为了企业发展的必然选择，它是企业保持持久 竞争优势的基石，也是后进企业实现技术跨越和赶超的重要途径。由于其会形成核心技术甚 至技术标准，因此，对于追赶学习的企业构成了巨大的技术壁垒。随着创新周期的不断缩短， 后发优势向先发优势转变，突破性创新的意义显得更加明显。如何促进集群内企业的突破性创新的形成和发展，首先需要明确的是企业突破性创新过 程中的影响因素是什么，这些因素在创新过程中扮演了什么样的角色，这正是本研究所要解 决的问题。本文以位于集群中的企业为研究对象，以企业的突破性创新为研究核心，重新界 定了突破性创新的内涵。以浙江吉利控股集团为目标案例，运用扎根理论这一质性化的研究 方法，分开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码三个阶段对收集到的案例企业的资料进行探索 性分析，最后获得了“集聚竞争压力”、“企业家精神”、“超集群学习”、“人才队伍建设”、“创 新意识传播”和“创新政策激励”六个影响集群企业突破性创新的因素（主范畴）。在此基础 上，构建了集群企业突破性创新影响因素模型，并深入分析各个影响因素对企业突破性创新 过程的作用机理，以及各个要素之间的相互关系，希望可以对集群背景下的企业突破性创新 发展以及集群整体创新发展提供借鉴。鉴于已有研究在研究对象和突破性创新的组织方面，缺乏对集群企业这类网络化组织的 突破性创新的关注。因此，本文不是对一般企业进行研究，而是将集群中的企业作为研究对 象，将集群企业和突破性创新有效结合，试图找出影响集群企业实施突破性创新的主要因素， 并探索这些因素在集群企业开展突破性创新活动的过程中发挥什么作用，这一点有别于以往 的研究。关于企业创新尤其是突破性创新的研究是一个非常复杂的课题，需要研究者不断地探索。 本文的研究还比较肤浅，只是希望可以起到一个抛砖引玉的作用，引起企业及科研工作者对 突破性创新研究的重视。关键词：突破性创新，扎根理论，集群企业，影响因素，作用机理ABSTRACTIndustrial cluster has become an important form of regional economic development. It has unique competitive advantage to provide sufficient impetus and broad space for the growth of enterprises. With the acceleration of market demand and technological innovation, radical innovation has become an inevitable choice for the development of enterprises, which is the cornerstone of enterprises to maintain sustainable competitive advantage, and an important way for backward enterprises to achieve technological leapfrogging. Theoretical research and historical practice have proven that radical innovation is the international competitive weapon of enterprises. Radical innovations often form the industry core technology and even technical standards, which constitutes huge technical barriers to catch-up learning enterprises. With the improvement of the technical complexity and the shortening of innovation cycles, the significance of radical innovation has been highlighted.How to promote the formation and development of radical innovat
