AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofmarketeconomyandenterprises,alargenumberofCross-sectoral,cross-regionalbusinessgroupshasbeenemergedinChina.Groupcompaniesareincreasinglybecomingmulti-regional,diversifiedtrend.ExistingtraditionaldecentralizationinmanagementandaccountingsystemhasbeenverydiffieulttomeettheneedofbusinessenterprisecolleetivizationmanagementanddeveloPment.Intheeraofcashisking.Asthecoreofthefundmanagementgroupmanagers,financialmanagementisgivenmoreandmoreattention.Manygroupstakethefundmanagementasoneofthecoredevelopmentstrategies.WiththehelpoftheprofessionalERP,grouphassetupaspecialfundmanagementsectortobuildthecentralizedmanagementplatform.BasedontheInternalCapitalMarketTheoryandFundsCostTheory,thisdissertationadoptsthemethodsofnormativestudyandcaseanalysistoelaboratetheconceptofgroupcompaniesandgroupenterprisefundmanagement,analysisofthecharacteristicsofconglomerates,studytheCFMofenterprisegroups.Thispaperdescribes,analyzesandcomparesthecharacterandapplianceoffivemodelofCFM.Besides,ittakesthemodelofcashsettlementcenterastheemphasis.Fromtheviewofestablishingmechanismsofthesettlementfundmanagementcenter,thispaperintroducestheconstructionoffundsmanagementandcontrolplatformfortheenterprisegroups.Theexperieneeof“A”corporationgroupinCFMpraeticewasalsousedforreferenee.Thethesistakestheexampleof“A”corporationgroupinCFMpraeticeanduesetheflowchartinsoftwaretoshowthewholeprocedureofCFM.AndithopestoprovidetheguidancetothecorporationgroupwhoprepaertoimplementCFM.Ittermstoprovidepracticalbasisforthedevelopmentofthecompanyscapitalmanagementinboththeoreticalandpracticalway,andthenguidetheimplementationofthescientificenterprisegroupcapitalmanagement.Keywords:Enterprisegroup;FundManagement;Centralizedfundmanagement;PlanDesign目录摘要............................................................IAbstract...........................................................II1引言..............................................................11.1研究背景............................................
