摘要在采购这方面，无论是从国内还是从国外的角度来看，集中采购都将是其发展的未来趋势。如果采购权限多级分散，则无法对其核心资源进行效率效益的最大化配置。反过来，可以采取构建集中化的采购体系来将整个企业所有的采购需求进行统一整合。这样，不仅能够降低企业的采购成本，还能够提高企业采购的质量。本文首先介绍了电网建设项目采购研究的背景及意义，揭示了供电企业要重视采购的必要性。同时，又介绍了采购的国内和国外的大概现状。紧接着，再介绍了有关采购的基本理论，如采购管理相关理论，全面物资计划管理理论，电力物资分类管理理论，电网公司物资分类体系构建理论等等。接下来，文章研究了电网建设项目采购现状与问题，如现行采购策略，电力电缆行业采购现状，变压器行业采购现状，和电网建设项目采购存在的问题。然后文章针对上一章节给出的问题，提出了一些有针对性的改进措施，来优化电网企业的采购活动。这样便能够进一步提高企业物资采购效率，尽可能地缩短物资采购的供应周期，突出与供应商的合作共赢关系，提升公司物资供应链管理的整体效率效益。最后，文章做出了总结与展望。关键词：集中采购；采购策略；采购管理；采购价格AbstractIntermsofpurchasing,eitherfromhomeorfromaforeignperspective,entralizedpurchasingwillbeitsfuturetrend.Iftheprocurementauthorityismulti-leveldistributed,thenitwillbedifficulttomaximizetheefficiencyandeffectivenessofitscoreresources.Conversely,wecanbuildacentralizedprocurementsystemtointegratetheneedsofallpurchasesthroughouttheenterprise.Thus,itcannotonlyreduceenterpriseprocurementcost,butalsoimprovethequalityofcorporateprocurement.Thisarticlefirstlyintroducesthebackgroundandsignificanceofpowergridconstructionprojectsprocurementandrevealsthenecessitywhypowersupplyenterprisesshouldpayattentiontothetenderprocurement.Atthesametime,itintroducesthecurrentsituationaboutdomesticandabroadbiddingandpurchasing.Then,itintroducesthebasicprocurementtheorysuchasprocurementmanagementtheory,comprehensivematerialsplanningmanagementtheory,powersuppliescategorymanagementtheory,theclassificationsystemtobuildgridcompanysuppliestheoryandsoon.Next,thearticlestudiesthegridconstructionprojectbiddingstatusquoandproblems,suchasthecurrentprocurementstrategy,powercableindustrybiddingandpurchasingstatusquo,transformerindustryprocurementstatusquo,andpowergridconstructionprojectsprocurementproblem.Thenthearticlemakesanumberoftargetedmeasurestooptimizegridenterpriseprocurementactivitiesfortheproblemgivenintheprevioussection.Thus,itcanfurtherimprovetheefficiencyofmaterialprocurement,shortensupplycycleofprocurementofmaterialsasmuchaspossible,highlightingthewinrelationshipofcooperationwithsuppliers,improvetheoverallef
