ABSTRACTIn recent years , the entrepreneurial activity becomes more and more important in /nationalnational /developmentdevelopment.To build an entrepreneurial city is an important part of many provinces and cities government work plan. Meanwhile, As the business policy issued gradually, more problems are arising. As the business policy is very important to entrepreneurs, how to provide the effective and comprehensive business policy, how to implement the policy efficiently has become an important research project of /nationalnational /developmentdevelopment .In order to solve problems among venture, Hangzhou has provided a series of business policies. Although these policies has induced lots of entrepreneurial activities , there are still some problem in Hangzhou citys business policy. Through questionnaire survey and comparative analysis, Hangzhou citys business policy has the problems of more policy being specialized than generalized, less further support in the later period, financial support not /w/consummate/consummate, failure to form the systematic policy system.
